How to ask for a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email from your receipt, or reply to your purchase receipt email.

Cancelling

You can cancel Plus+ anytime from the Plus page with "Manage or cancel". You keep your perks until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
