PATIKBLOX ("the Service") is operated by paticbloxy ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with paticbloxy. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PATIKBLOX is a browser game platform where players customise avatars, build and publish games in the Studio, play together online and share content. Optional paid memberships (Plus+) unlock cosmetic items, extra game slots and an ad-free experience.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for spam;
• harassing others or posting hateful, sexual or violent content;
• uploading content that infringes someone else's intellectual property;
• interfering with security, spreading malware, probing, scraping, cheating or exploiting bugs;
• reverse engineering, reselling or circumventing technical limits of the Service.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of games, items and posts you create. You give us a limited licence to host, display and process that content only to run the Service. Moderators may remove content that breaks these Terms.

5. Our intellectual property

paticbloxy owns the Service, including its software, design, documentation and the PATIKBLOX name and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plus+ renews monthly until cancelled; after cancelling you keep the perks until the end of the paid period. See also our Refund Policy. In-game Bux (R$) have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious rule violations. You can stop using the Service at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and law

We may update these Terms and will show the new date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
